PRODUCT OVERVIEW

The Kutzall Shaping Discs allow you to level high spots or adjust uneven surfaces effortlessly. The structured teeth wrap over at the outer diameter, allowing for edge-on detailing. Despite their semi-flat shape, their slight curvature allows for controlled, free-hand, flat, or convex shaping.

Every job is unique, and you need tailored tools to meet your project's demands. Kutzall has two proprietary 'Structured Tooth' technology styles in various coarseness grades. 

• Original — Removes material rapidly and creates a smooth cutting action. It is easy to control and works exceptionally well on hardwoods. Available in Fine coarseness.
• Extreme — Designed for heavy material removal, it is exceptionally loading-resistant and great for working with soft, wet, or gummy woods. Available in the following coarseness grades: Medium, Coarse, and Very Coarse.

CLEANING

Kutzall Shaping Discs can be easily cleaned using a torch and/or a quick few passes with a soft wire brush. The heat will not harm the teeth!
